2.Eat properly before swimming

If you just swim at a fixed speed, you may not get good results. This is because the body will quickly adapt to your rhythm, so choose the right speed when swimming, and it is best to use the sprint method to train. For example, like my goal for swimming a few days ago, my small goal is to swim 600 meters, then sprint 50 meters, and then slowly swim 50 meters. (This should be practiced according to your own situation. If you feel tired, take a rest. Energy consumption is usually greater). In addition, exercise time should be at least 30 minutes, and control between 30 to 60 minutes.
