In the fourth month, exercise: weight down from 140 to 126, run 5 kilometers or 10 kilometers every two days, intersperse basketball, and keep moving without mandatory exercise. Diet: Eat bread once a day, eat normally for a day, or alternately eat, return to normal diet, eat normally at noon, appetite has been much smaller, automatically consciously eat less than 70% full.
As a result of quitting smoking, my self-confidence skyrocketed and I became more disciplined. My experience is not for everyone. At least I know that skipping dinner is bad for the body, and overeating is unscientific. This stage lasts for 3 months, alternately eating less until it returns to normal and the weight returns to normal. This should be my most real weight loss experience.
