Exhale backwards, inhale forwards and upwards, repeat, coordinate your breathing, and realize that your spine is getting softer. Relax the entire back, reduce the pressure on the chest, one last time, exhale and straighten the spine.
Morning Yoga 3: Cat's balance and deformation posture
Standing on the yoga mat, first let your left knee kneel on the mat, and then retract your right leg to a kneeling position. Place your palms on the ground and close your knees. Inhale and push your right leg to the right, then extend your left arm to the left to maintain balance. The silent numbers are "3, 2, 1". Maintain 4-6 even breaths, take a deep breath and exhale slowly.
